• Upgraded 2D Floor Plan  (shows fixed furniture for example tub, shower, toilet, kitchen island, stove, etc. also shows door swing includes dimensions)

• 3D Floor Plan  ( in color and includes interactive 2D upgraded Floor Plan)

• Standard Twilight Photo Edit 

• Premium Twilight Photo Edit  (removes shadows for a more natural twilight image)

• Aerial Video  (unbranded Aerial video showcasing home or property)

• Video Walk Through  (unbranded video showcasing the interior and exterior of the home)

• Agent Intro to video add 

• Community Aerial photos  (entrance to a Community or Community Amenities)

All Prices are for Licensed Agents. All others will incur additional charges.

Clients of Como Digital Media LLC will have their own account with access to all current and previous homes.

 

All 2D Floor Plans are included in photo packages up to 4,000 sq.ft., over 4,000 sq.ft. will incur an extra processing fee, this will be an option during ordering. 2D Floor Plans require up to 24 Hrs to complete, 3D floor plans will take up to 48 Hrs.

All Floor Plans will come with dimensions, dimension accuracy is not guaranteed.

 

There may be circumstances where the Drone cannot be flown, high winds and rain will keep it grounded, We will return at a later day at no charge to complete the work. If flown in Controlled Airspace too close to an airport, the FAA may have areas that will not allow the drone to fly. Also, certain grids may only allow up to 50 feet of altitude, We will make you aware of this before the day of your shoot.

 

Any reschedules by Como Digital Media LLC due to weather WILL NOT charge the Client.

 

All photo/video media provided by Como Digital Media LLC will be delivered by digital delivery to the Clients' email.

When starting business with us please check your spam folder in the case the first emails may end up there, please mark them as "safe" in order to make future emails go to your "inbox".

All photos delivered will be able to be previewed, the media is behind a paywall to be able to download.

Your invoice is proof of payment to Digital Media for services rendered, take this to your tax consultant to write off the services on your taxes.
